Our Story
AIBA began with a simple connection that grew into something more meaningful.
Jesse Alunan, Arvin Eslit, and Hermon Yu first connected through their professional work in business and aviation. What started as collaboration gradually developed into a strong friendship built on trust, shared values, and a common perspective on education.
Through their combined experiences, they recognized a consistent challenge. Many students gain knowledge, but often lack clear direction on how to apply it in real-world settings. There is a gap between education and career readiness.
Each founder brought a distinct strength. Jesse in business and education, Arvin in flight operations and pilot training, and Hermon in aviation maintenance and technical systems. Together, they saw an opportunity to build something purposeful.
AIBA was created from that shared vision, with the goal of developing an institution where education is practical, relevant, and aligned with real-world careers.
